Resumes and applications submitted through our website are organized and sorted using our applicant tracking system (Manatal). If you request a free resume review, Sonny personally reviews your resume in order to provide feedback. All candidate evaluations and placement decisions are made by Sonny.

— Sharing Your Information

Your information may be shared with potential employers when JYNX Recruiting determines that you may be a suitable candidate for an opportunity. JYNX Recruiting will not sell your personal information. Your information is processed through our service providers, including our applicant tracking system and email communications platform, as needed to operate our services.

JYNX Recruiting may retain your information for up to 3 years for consideration for future opportunities. You may request that your information be removed from JYNX Recruiting's records at any time.
