I’m a former hospitality operations leader with more than 10 years of experience working across the industry, from college dining halls to restaurants and large sports and entertainment venues. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of different people, build teams, solve problems, and experience hospitality from just about every angle.
I know what it’s like to be an hourly team member who wants to make an impact. I also know what it’s like to be the manager responsible for building a team, developing people, and making sure the operation succeeds.
I’ve been on both sides of the equation.
That experience has taught me something I’ve believed throughout my career: great people make great teams, and great teams make great hospitality.
The right people can change an operation. They can make a busy shift run smoothly, create a better experience for guests, support the people around them, and make a business stronger. Finding those people, however, can be one of the hardest parts of running a hospitality business.
That’s why I created JYNX Recruiting.
I wanted to build something of my own that brings my experience in hospitality, operations, recruiting, and people together. My goal is simple: help hospitality businesses find great people who can become great members of their teams.
